- Base Commitment Fee: $150
- Includes:
- One event staff member for two hours of service.
- The first 20 round-trip miles.
- Standard cart/umbrella or cooler/tent set-up and operation up to 120 sandwiches.
Pop-Ups exceeding 120 sandwiches may require additional equipment, staffing, or service infrastructure. Pricing will be quoted individually upon consultation.
Additional Staffing
- Additional service time beyond the included two hours: $40 per hour
- Additional event staff: $40 per hour per staff member
- Additional event staff are billed with a 2-hour minimum
Extended Travel: Mileage beyond the included 20 round-trip miles is billed at $1.50 per mile.

Applicable Peak-Day Premiums may be combined when multiple conditions apply. Premiums are applied to the total event invoice before taxes and processing fees.

3. An invoice will be issued upon confirmation.
4. A 50% deposit is due within 72 hours of invoice issuance.
5. Remaining balance due upon delivery/pop-up completion.
Delivery and pop-up dates are not reserved until the deposit is received.
