Ice Cream Sandwiches –
Quantity 25 – 299: $8.00 per
Quantity 300 – 499: $7.60 per (5% off, 2 hrs service)
Quantity 500 – 999: $7.20 per (10% off, 3 hrs service)
Quantity 1000 – 4,999: $6.80 per (15% off, 4 hrs service)
Mission Charges –
Drop Off Delivery Fee: $25.00
Full Crew Service Fee: $75.00 (includes cart setup, branded menu board, 1 hour round‑trip drive time, 1 hour service time, and disposable napkins)
Hybrid Program Fee: $75.00 (includes cart setup, branded menu board, 1 hour round‑trip drive time, 1 hour service time, and disposable napkins)
Variable Costs –
1 Hour Additional Service Time: $30.00
1 Hour Additional Round Trip Drive Time: $30.00
Late Night Premium Fee: $50.00 (After 9 PM); $100.00 (After Midnight)
Parking/Venue Access Fee: Billed at Cost with Receipt.
Credit Card Processing Fee: 3% (Credit Card Payment Only)
1. Fill out the request form below and a member of our flight crew will contact you to review the details and availability of your preferred launch sequence.
2. Once confirmed, an invoice and event agreement will be provided. COI and Food Sales Permit available upon request.
3. 50% deposit required to reserve date. Balance due 3 business days prior to the event.
4. Acceptable payment methods: ACH, Zelle, Credit Card (+ 3% processing fee)
1. 14+ Days Before: Full refund of deposit minus $50 admin fee.
2. 7 – 13 Days Before: 50% deposit retained
3. 6 Days or Less Before: 50% deposit retained plus $50 admin fee
4. Date/time changes subject to availability. Price revalidated if volume changes tiers.
